■About shipping
Products are procured after your order is received.
Since we ship our products from overseas warehouses, it will take approximately 10 to 15 business days for your order to be delivered after payment is completed.

Please note that delivery may take longer than the estimated number of days depending on the supplier's stock situation, transportation operation status, etc. Also, delivery date and time cannot be specified.

■Inventory status <br/>We check inventory after receiving your order, so there is a possibility that the product may be out of stock after you place your order. If the product is sold out, we will contact you by email and refund the product price.

■About the product <br/>Since the product is provided according to the manufacturer's standards, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons: defective or faulty products. Please understand and agree to this before purchasing.

-Since our products are manufactured overseas, the sewing techniques used may differ from those in Japan.
- There may be fraying, loose threads, odors from the manufacturing process, chalk marks, wrinkles, etc.
-The product may become wrinkled during shipping.
-In order to improve the product, specifications may change slightly without notice.
- Although we have processed the product photos to make them as close to the actual colors as possible, the color and texture of the actual product may differ depending on the lighting conditions at the time of shooting, such as your monitor settings and room lighting.

Please note that as this is an overseas product, there may be a few centimeters of error from the listed size due to individual differences in the product, manufacturing method, materials, etc.

[About buttonholes]
Unlike Japanese products, overseas products may occasionally have no holes in the buttonholes, but please note that this is not a defective product. *Customers are required to make holes along the buttonhole stitches themselves.
