■About Shipping
Except for some products, items are ordered after we receive your order.
Since we are sourcing products from overseas warehouses, it takes about 10 to 15 business days from the completion of your payment to delivery.

Due to the supplier's inventory status and the operation status of transportation, it may take longer than the estimated number of days, so please understand in advance. Also, please note that we cannot specify the date and time of delivery.

Please note that if you purchase domestic shipping products together with international shipping products, they will be shipped separately.

■About Stock Status
After receiving your order, we will check the stock, so there may be cases where the product is out of stock after your order. In the unlikely event that the product is sold out, we will contact you by email and refund the product price.

■About the Product
Since this is provided based on the manufacturer's standards, we cannot accept returns for defects or faulty products for the reasons listed below. We ask for your understanding and consent before making a purchase.

- Our products are manufactured overseas, so the sewing techniques differ from those in Japan.
・There may be individual differences in texture for each item.
- There may be fraying, unfinished threads, odors from the manufacturing process, traces of chalk pen, wrinkles, etc.
There may be wrinkles on the product during the shipping process.
- Due to product improvements, specifications may change slightly without prior notice.
- We process product photos to closely match the actual color as much as possible, but the color and texture of the actual product may differ due to your monitor settings, room lighting, and the lighting conditions at the time of shooting.

【About Size Notation】
Due to being an overseas product, there may be a discrepancy of a few centimeters from the stated size due to individual product differences, manufacturing methods, and materials. We appreciate your understanding.

[About Buttonholes]
Unlike Japanese products, overseas products may occasionally have buttonholes without holes, but please understand that this is not a defective product.
*Customers are required to make holes along the buttonhole stitching themselves.

[About Accessories]
Depending on your constitution, you may experience itching or rashes, so if you notice any abnormalities on your skin, please stop using it and consult a specialist.
Please be aware that there may be discoloration in response to cosmetics, perfumes, detergents, hot springs, seawater, ultraviolet rays, etc.
- Accessories are weak against impact, so please be careful not to apply strong force while using them.
- Please remove accessories during heavy labor, intense sports, while sleeping, or when taking care of infants, as they may cause harm to your body.
- Metal and dyed materials (such as resin and leather) may transfer color due to water, sweat, or friction. Please be careful when wearing them with light-colored clothing.
Depending on the design, there may be instances where the fabric of the clothing or pet hair gets tangled, or unexpected harm may occur during putting on or taking off, so please handle with care.
- Please do not wear accessories in high-temperature places such as saunas or extremely cold areas like ski resorts, as they may cause burns or frostbite.
- Metal accessories may contain substances such as lead. Please be extremely careful when using and storing them, as there is a risk of children or infants accidentally swallowing them.

■About Changing Payment Methods
Changes to the payment method after placing an order cannot be made.

■About Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Cancellations or changes to your order after confirmation are generally not accepted.
Please review your order details carefully before confirming your order.
