After confirming your payment for the order, we will procure the product from overseas manufacturers,
It takes about 10 to 15 business days from the start of arrangement to delivery.
Please be aware that due to the supplier's inventory situation and the operation status of transportation, it may take longer than the estimated number of days.

* Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included as business days.

★Products shipped within 1 to 3 business days
After confirming your payment for the order, we will proceed with the shipping process, and delivery will take approximately 5 to 10 business days.
Due to shipping from overseas warehouses, please be aware that it may take longer than the estimated number of days depending on the status of transportation services.

*If you purchase items with different shipping times at the same time, all items will be shipped together once they are all ready. If you wish to have them shipped separately, please place separate orders.
If you purchase items with a shipping time of 1 to 3 business days and items with a shipping time of 10 to 15 business days at the same time, the estimated shipping date will be 10 to 15 business days.

■About Stock Status
After receiving your order, we will check the stock, so there may be cases where the product is out of stock after your order. In the unlikely event that the product is sold out, we will contact you by email and refund the product price.

*Due to system limitations, there may be cases where we receive excessive orders beyond our stock due to the simultaneous purchase of popular items. If we receive excessive orders, we will process a refund, so we kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance.

■About the Product
Since this is provided based on the manufacturer's standards, we cannot accept returns for defects or faulty products for the reasons listed below. We ask for your understanding and consent before making a purchase.

- Our products are manufactured overseas, so the sewing techniques differ from those in Japan.
・There may be individual differences in texture for each item.
- There may be fraying, thread finishing, odors from the manufacturing process, marks from the chalk pen, wrinkles, etc.
There may be wrinkles on the product during the shipping process.
- Due to product improvements, specifications may change slightly without prior notice.
- The product photos have been processed to closely match the actual colors, but depending on your monitor settings, room lighting, and the lighting conditions at the time of shooting, the actual product may differ in color and texture.

[About Size Notation]
Due to being an overseas product, there may be a discrepancy of a few centimeters from the stated size due to individual product differences, manufacturing methods, and materials. We appreciate your understanding.

[About Buttonholes]
Unlike Japanese products, overseas products may occasionally have no holes in the buttonholes, but please understand that this is not a defective product. *Customers are expected to make holes along the stitching of the buttonholes themselves.
